THE CREST

The Crest is a premium residential building project undertaken for Eastern Housing Limited, located at Plot No. 10, Road No. 03, Dhanmondi R/A, Dhaka.

For this project, Billal Steel Corporation executed specialized Fair Face Shuttering works for reinforced concrete columns and beams, using professionally fabricated steel formwork systems.

Our scope focused on achieving precise dimensions, accurate alignment, proper leveling and a smooth fair-face concrete finish. The steel shuttering system was carefully installed and supported to maintain structural stability and consistency throughout the casting process.

With a total project steel tonnage of 585 MT, the project reflects our capability to deliver large-scale shuttering and formwork solutions with strong emphasis on quality, precision, workmanship and site execution.
